July 2014

Below you will find the current Micro-Trains© N-Scale Releases.
We expect our first delivery for the month to arrive on the third business day of the month.
Please place your orders using the Shopping Cart Site www.wig-wag-trains-cart.com
so that we receive them before 8am on that day!

We also accept Standing Orders for Micro-Trains® monthly releases or Micro-Trains® Series Releases!

Weathered cars are typically announced between the 12th and 17th of the month.

Pre-Order pricing expires when they arrive here.
Please Order IMMEDIATELY when weathered cars are announced!
We also accept Standing Orders for weathered releases!

Pre-Order pricing applies until the time listed above, or when we are unable to get any more,
whichever is earlier.

Current & Sold Out releases are included below.
If you are looking for something specific, not shown below, please use the
Google Search Link
here,
or the Google search at the bottom of all pages on our site:

If you are unable to find an item on our site after using the Google search,
e-mail us
and let us know what item you could not locate.
Item Description
Not all items can be in stock at all times.
Due to minimum order requirements and shipping charges we "bunch" up re-orders to save you money.

(We reserve the right to correct errors and change prices without prior notice.)

Note: Not all of the items below may be in stock or available but the information is provided for reference purposes.

Please place your order using our SECURE Shopping Cart site:
http://wig-wag-trains-cart.com/home

If you MUST send an e-mail inquiry, copy & paste the entire description TEXT ONLY (NO pictures!) from the item you are ordering into your e-mail.
It will save time and reduce confusion in determining what you are inquiring about.
With the quantity of lines we carry it's not possible to memorize all of them.

Be sure you review our terms pages before placing your order:
First: Terms Page One   Then: Terms Page Two  Finally: Terms Page Three

If you place an order, you have agreed to our terms.
Please remember to give your first and last name and the city and state where you live in all
your e-mails.

Non-USA customers please include the country.

Please Note:

First:   Some Micro-Trains releases can be limited and run out at M-TL in the first 1-2 days of the month.

Second:  Occasionally M-TL allocates orders and even when we order additional quantities beyond our Auto-Ship quantities on the first day of orders at 7:00am we do not receive all we ordered.  If this happens this month, we may be forced to allocate to our reservations based on timing of the reserve. If the customer requests multiple copies of an item they may be limited.

Third:  Beginning with the June 2008 releases Micro-Trains© Line delivers auto-ship quantities "simultaneously" across the United States.  Our shipment should arrive on the second or third business day of the month. This means that our window for reservations is now shorter.  Once they arrive here, stock pricing applies.  Please try to place your reservations by close of business on the first business day of the month.  For most of our customers this will not be an issue.

Fourth:  As always, if you have reserved (via e-mail with confirmation) an entire run of a series we will pre-order enough of those items to always fill your order.  An Entire Series means just that.  For example: If you say you want all the circus items you will get ALL the circus items unless WE indicate that an item is not included.  Customers with standing orders for complete monthly releases are assured of getting theirs.

Union Pacific®
Road #: UP 1318
SW1500 Locomotive
Part #: MTL-986 00 011

These powered SW1500 locomotives are painted yellow and gray with red lettering. Union Pacific Railroad acquired all four of the SW1500s owned by Missouri Pacific during the merger of the two railroads in 1982
and quickly painted over the traditional “Jenks Blue” scheme in favor of the standard yellow and grey paint used fleet wide. What made these engines unique was the retention of the MoPac Font style spelling out
“Union Pacific” on the engine sides. Called the “North Little Rock” font in honor of the shop that carried out the repaints of the acquired fleet, these four units were easy to spot during yard operations..

Stock Checks:

Inventory is a fluid commodity.  It changes by the hour (sometimes by the minute). To retain our pricing structure we maintain stock levels designed to turnover 6 times each year. We cannot guarantee stock status till we have an order in hand. All product is subject to prior sale. If we confirm that we have it, and, while we are waiting for the order it sells, you would be upset that we did not hold it.
We used to hold items but learned a VERY EXPENSIVE lesson. When we held items for customers’ orders, the order never materialized 80%+ of the time.  We lost out on the orders placed while the item was on hold.  Also we wasted staff time that could have been used to pull actual orders.
Since we are well known for finding older stock the fact that it may not be on our shelves at this minute does not mean we can’t get it. So, as we spell out on our terms pages, we don’t do it anymore.
You may, however, call in and we will tell you if the items are available and if possible attempt to locate what we don’t have while you are on the phone.
